Refund policy

If a product doesn't work for you, email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No forms, no arguing.

Purchases made through a marketplace (such as Etsy) follow that marketplace's refund process, and we'll honor the same 30-day promise where the marketplace allows it.
